Cancellation Policy // We require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment. A credit card is required to book an appointment at Carbon Salon and we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any appointment that does not provide 24 hours to change a current appointment. 


Late Policy // Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will receive services based on Carbon Salon’s discretion. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any appointments in an effort to stay on time with any following appointments. If we are unable to accommodate an appointment due to tardiness the cancellation policy will go into effect.


Refund Policy // All service sales are final and payment is due at time of appointment. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your services we encourage you to reach out within the 2 weeks following your service and see how we can help. 


Product Exchange Policy // We are happy to exchange any products purchased in our salon within 30 days of purchase.
